Abstract
The principle, properties and recent development
of a Differential Mobility Analyzer (DMA) for the size measurement
of nanometer-sized particles are introduced. The DMA specially designed
for low-pressure measurement enabled high-resolution size classification
of nanoparticles at pressure as low as about 200 Pa.
